Founded in November, 2011, Jigang IBC Pte. Ltd.(formally known as Jigang Singapore Pte. Ltd., SD Steel Singapore Pte. Ltd.) is situated in Singapore with a registered capital of CNY72.5M. It’s principally engaged in international trade and overseas investment and financing business, and wholly owned by Jigang Group Co., Ltd.
依托济钢的卓越品牌和强大实力，借助于新加坡金融中心、贸易中心和航运中心的区位优势，公司积极开展以铁矿石、有色和黑色金属、石油化工等大宗商品的转口贸易,市场覆盖新加坡、亚太和欧美等地区, 2020、2021、2022连续三年实现营业收入100亿元人民币以上。同时，公司按照济钢集团的战略部署，积极推进投融资等业务。
